Hon created HON SAUCE to be able to share his passion for cooking and provide enjoyable memories and flavor with the world. In 2019, Hon took his innovative idea to make a uniquely flavored blend of sauce. A sauce that can be gratifying to a wide range of different cuisines. He wanted to create a condiment that is “Simply the Best” and so, he created HON SAUCE, a (next level) spicy mayo that can be used with a variety of different appetizers and entrees. Use Hon Sauce as a spread, dip, cooking sauce and of course for Sushi!
About the Founder:
Hon was born in Malaysia and moved to America at the age of 10. Hon started his culinary journey from a young age when he started working in his father's restaurant on weekends and after school. Although he started off by washing dishes and cutting vegetables, Hon quickly started to appreciate his fathers work of art as a Sushi chef. Hon takes extreme pride and joy in his work and after years of working along side his father Hon established himself as a head sushi chef. Hon created HON SAUCE to be able to share his passion for cooking along with his family traditions.
